Edward A. Burgess
is Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of Equitable Trust Company, a position he has held since joining the firm in 2003. Previously Ed was a First Vice President and Senior Investment Officer in the Private Client Services division of SunTrust Banks, where he also managed SunTrust Banks’ mid-cap growth equity strategy. Ed began his investment management career in 1983 with The Robinson-Humphrey Company. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism from Washington & Lee University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Emory University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

William H. Cammack
is Chairman of Equitable Trust Company, a position he has held since April 1991, and Chairman and a Director of Equitable Trust Holdings, Inc., parent of Equitable Trust Company. After a tour of active duty as an officer with the United States Naval Reserve, Bill joined Equitable Securities Corporation in 1955 where he served as Chairman and CEO from 1972 through 1996 and continued to serve as Chairman through the company’s acquisition by SunTrust Bank, Inc. in 1998. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Vanderbilt University. He is a graduate of the Securities Industry Institute of the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Royal H. Fowler, III
is a Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager of Equitable Trust Company. He joined Equitable Trust Company in 2007. From 2003 to 2007 Royal was a Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager with SunTrust Bank, where he was responsible for management of private client portfolios. Royal began his investment career in 1983 as a floor trader for O’Connor & Associates on the Chicago Board of Trade. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Philadelphia College of Textiles & Science. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Market Technician (CMT) designations.

Bruce D. Henderson
is a Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager of Equitable Trust Company, a position he has held since joining the firm in March 2000. Bruce was a Senior Investment Officer at Provident Life and Accident Insurance Company from 1986 to 1995 and a Portfolio Manager in the Trust Department of First Citizen Bancorp, Raleigh, North Carolina prior to joining Equitable Trust Company. He received a Bachelor of Science degree and Master of Business Administration degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Cynthia L. Jones
is a Senior Vice President and Trust Officer of Equitable Trust Company. She joined the firm in 2003. From 2000 to 2003 Cindy was with National Bank of Commerce (Nashville), where she was Senior Vice President and Manager of Wealth Management Services. Previously Cindy was a Vice President at SunTrust Bank with responsibilities in trust and estate administration and wealth management. Her career in trust and estate administration began in 1981 with Commerce Union Bank. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Trevecca Nazarene University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the Nashville School of Law. She is a graduate of the Southern Trust School and the National Graduate Trust School at Northwestern University. She is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) and Certified Financial Services Counselor (CFSC).

Darlinda H. Jones
is a Senior Vice President and Trust Officer of Equitable Trust Company, a position she has held since 1991. She is a Director of Equitable Trust Company and also serves as Operations Manager. Prior to joining Equitable Trust Company Darlinda was a Portfolio Manager and Financial Consultant with Shearson Lehman Brothers, where she managed investments for qualified pension plans. From 1976 to 1986 Darlinda was an investment representative with Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith, Inc. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Belmont University. She is a graduate of Cannon Trust School at Notre Dame University and a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA).

W. Keith Keisling
is a Vice President and Trust Officer of Equitable Trust Company. Keith joined the firm in 2008 after holding positions of Vice President and Trust Officer at First Tennessee Bank (Knoxville) and SunTrust Bank (Knoxville and Nashville) specializing in trust and estate administration. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Tennessee Technological University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Tennessee. He is a graduate of The National Graduate Trust School at Northwestern University and a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA).

M. Kirk Scobey, Jr.
is President, Chief Executive Officer and Senior Trust Officer of Equitable Trust Company, positions he has held since 2001, previously serving as Executive Vice President, COO and Senior Trust Officer from 1991. He is Executive Vice President and a Director of Equitable Trust Company Holdings, Inc., parent of Equitable Trust Company. Prior to joining Equitable Trust Company Kirk was with C&S Sovran Bank and its predecessor Commerce Union Bank from 1965 to 1991, where he was Senior Vice President and Manager of Personal Trust and Investment Management. His responsibilities involved personal trust administration, private banking, and trust and investment marketing. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from George Peabody College and a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the Nashville School of Law. He is a graduate of the National Graduate Trust School at Northwestern University and a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA).

John C. Steele

Thomas R. Steele
is Executive Vice President and a Director of Equitable Trust Company. He is also Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Equitable Advisors, Inc. and Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Equitable Trust Holdings, Inc., affiliated companies. He has served as a Director of Equitable Trust Company since 1991. Tom was Managing Director of the Private Client Group of Equitable Securities Corporation and successor SunTrust Equitable Securities Corporation, a position he held upon joining Equitable Securities Corporation in 1988. From 1979 to 1988 Tom was Vice President and Manager of Shearson Lehman Hutton’s Nashville office. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in history from Vanderbilt University.

Deborah M. Tannenbaum
is a Senior Vice President and Relationship Manager of Equitable Trust Company, a position she has held since joining the firm in 2005. Prior to joining Equitable Trust Company Deborah was a Senior Vice President and Private Client Manager with Bank of America, having held positions in the Private Banking Division of the bank and its predecessor organizations from 1983 to 2005. Parker W. Thomas, Jr.
is a Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager of Equitable Trust Company. From 1988 until he joined Equitable Trust Company in 2007. Parker was with SunTrust Bank, where he was a Senior Portfolio Manager in the Wealth Management Division and managed a SunTrust Bank sponsored mutual fund. Parker began his investmant career in 1975 as Pension Investment Officer at Motorola, Inc. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Principia College and a Master of Business Administration degree from Wayne State University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
